Julio Gonzalez Altamirano is the Managing Director at Charm, where he helps develop data science applications for professional service firms. He has worked in management consulting and enterprise software for the past 15 years. He is passionate about housing, decarbonization, and infrastructure. Julio is a recipient of a "Best of Austin" award from the Austin Chronicle for civic-oriented data analysis. He is a graduate of Yale and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He lives in Austin, Texas. Julio was appointed in the Spring of 2022 and serves on the Real Estate Committee.

Jan Wenig

Jan Wenig is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of service to disadvantaged populations. Since earning a Masters Degree in Social Work from UT she has worked with refugee populations, served as National Director of organizing for Stand for Children in Washington, DC, and in 2016 was named Social Worker of the year by Central Texas VA for her work with Austin City Council, Austin Energy and the VASH program to provide reduced utility bills to newly housed Veterans. After retiring in 2022, Jan expanded her volunteer work with organizations supporting survivors of trauma, and nonprofits dedicated to protecting and restoring the natural and human environment.

Ashley Huddleston brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to social impact within the multifamily real estate sector. As she pursues an MBA with a focus on Real Estate and Strategy at Southern Methodist University, Ashley continues to apply her knowledge to initiatives that promote sustainable development and community welfare. Her academic background includes a Bachelors in Dietetics from Louisiana State University, reflecting her longstanding dedication to well-being and health. Ashley's professional journey includes experience serving over 100 multifamily communities in Texas. This work not only improved housing standards but also fostered community engagement and development. During her tenure at LivCor, a Blackstone portfolio company, she managed the integration of assets from three public REIT acquisitions, focusing on enhancing the livability and value of 62 multifamily projects across Texas. Her strategic approach to asset management consistently prioritized long-term resident benefits alongside financial performance, with redevelopment initiatives improving the quality of life for thousands of residents. An active member of the CREW Multifamily Crew Council, Ashley works alongside other industry leaders to innovate and enhance operational practices across the board. Her goal is to drive sustainable growth and improve the housing standards across the industry, demonstrating a strong commitment to both environmental stewardship and community service. Ashley is recognized as a leader who not only delivers impressive results but also cares deeply about the communities her work impacts, making her a valued advisor and advocate in the multifamily housing sector.
