Most recently, Kaylin served as Strategy Lead for Housing Systems at Community Solutions, where she worked on local and national housing initiatives aimed at ending homelessness. Prior to that, she was the Community Housing Portfolio Manager at the Ending Community Homelessness Coalition (ECHO), where she managed housing partnerships, led community outreach efforts, and developed messaging strategies to engage stakeholders and the public in advancing affordable housing solutions. With a strong background in strategic communications, Kaylin has played a key role in crafting policy narratives, public messaging, and stakeholder engagement campaigns that build consensus and mobilize support for housing initiatives. She is skilled in translating data and policy frameworks into compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences, from government agencies to community advocates. A graduate of Texas State University with both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in social work, Kaylin leverages her expertise in policy development, advocacy, and communication to create meaningful, lasting housing solutions in Travis County.
