Gloria Nguyen joined Strategic HFC in March 2025 as a Development Analyst II. She has a strong background in real estate development and acquisitions, with experience spanning both commercial and multifamily property types. Gloria holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Houston and is currently pursuing a master's degree in real estate at Georgetown University.
