To amend the previously approved resolution dated 09/11/2015 regarding SHFC's lease-to-purchase program by extending the deadline for the remaining 4 program participants to purchase their homes from 11/30/2015 to 03/29/2016, with the possibility of an additional 30-day extension to 04/28/2016. The homes will be offered for sale at 110% of the current loan principal balance to cover estimated seller closing costs.
