To authorize and direct officers and staff to negotiate and execute a memorandum of understanding and other agreements for SHFC's participation in the ownership of a proposed multifamily development project located at 5800 Techni Center Drive known as Fort Branch at Trumans Landing, subject to terms outlined in the resolution.
