To authorize Strategic Housing Finance Corporation of Travis County to prescribe the form and substance of an agreement to issue bonds; to authorize the execution of such agreement; and to contain other provisions relating to up to $50,000,000 multifamily housing revenue bonds for Loyola Flats, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution and agreement.
