To designate Julio Gonzalez Altamirano and Dianna Grey as authorized representatives for Strategic Housing Finance Corporation of Travis County to manage investments with TexPool/TexPool Prime, including transmitting and withdrawing funds, issuing instructions, and taking other necessary actions; to establish procedures for adding or deleting authorized representatives; and for the resolution to remain in effect until amended or revoked by the participant.
