To amend the Bylaws of Strategic Housing Finance Corporation of Travis County (SHFC) to establish committees, clarify officers’ terms, and revise other provisions, authorizing the Executive Vice President to execute necessary documents to enact the Bylaw amendments.

To authorize sponsorship for a bond application to the Texas Bond Review Board for up to $38 million in Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds for the proposed 302-unit Del Valle Apartments affordable housing development in East Austin.
