To approve issuing up to $50 million in tax-exempt multifamily housing revenue bonds for the acquisition and construction of Blue Ridge Apartments, a proposed 350-unit affordable housing development in southeast Austin.

To approve issuing up to $45 million in tax-exempt multifamily housing revenue bonds for the acquisition and construction of Daffan Flats, a proposed 240-unit affordable housing development located at approximately 7500 Daffan Lane in Austin.

To approve issuing up to $44 million in tax-exempt multifamily housing revenue bonds for the acquisition and construction of Legacy Hudson Apartments, a proposed 350-unit affordable housing development located at the intersection of Ed Bluestein Boulevard and Hudson Street in Austin.

To approve issuing up to $42 million in tax-exempt multifamily housing revenue bonds for the acquisition and construction of Legacy East MLK Apartments, a proposed 350-unit affordable housing development located northeast of the intersection of East Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Ed Bluestein Boulevard in Austin.

To approve issuing up to $50 million in tax-exempt multifamily housing revenue bonds to finance repairs and rehabilitation of Rosemont at Oak Valley Apartments, an existing 280-unit affordable housing development located at 2800 Collins Creek Drive in Austin.

To authorize additional repair work at Rosemont at Oak Valley Apartments beyond what was originally planned to address damage from Winter Storm Uri in order to complete other necessary maintenance and repairs.
