To authorize the establishment of a $75,000 Pre-Development Activities Fund to be used for the purpose of exploring development options and asset enhancement opportunities within the existing and proposed real estate portfolios of the Housing Authority of Travis County and Strategic Housing Finance Corporation.

To amend previously approved Resolution No. SHFC-2016-01 by authorizing an extension of time for the disposition of 3 properties located at 7032 Timarou Terrace in Austin, 616 Timothy Drive in Pflugerville, and 5616 Signal Point in Austin that were part of SHFC's former lease-purchase program, granting up to 90 additional days for each.

To authorize Strategic Housing Finance Corporation of Travis County to cooperate with TCAS Global Investments LLC on issuing up to $30,000,000 in tax-exempt multifamily housing revenue bonds to finance acquisition and rehabilitation of the 280-unit Marquis Shoreline Apartments in Austin, while reserving the right not to proceed.
