To approve the 2017 Annual Budget of the Strategic Housing Finance Corporation, which pools and combines the revenues and expenditures of both SHFC and the Housing Authority of Travis County, reflecting total revenues/appropriations of $9,220,719, expenditures of $8,369,858, and adoption of an associated amended and restated interlocal agreement between the two organizations dated 06/02/2016.

To authorize Strategic Housing Finance Corporation of Travis County to issue up to $30 million in tax-exempt multifamily housing revenue bonds to finance CASA Partners VII LP's acquisition and rehabilitation of the 280-unit Marquis Shoreline Apartments affordable housing project in Austin, and approve related bond documents.
