To amend the previously approved resolution dated 09/11/2015 regarding SHFC's lease-to-purchase program by extending the deadline for the remaining 4 program participants to purchase their homes from 11/30/2015 to 03/29/2016, with the possibility of an additional 30-day extension to 04/28/2016. The homes will be offered for sale at 110% of the current loan principal balance to cover estimated seller closing costs.

To authorize the Executive Vice President to draft a formal response to a letter dated 12/21/2015 from Travis County Judge Sarah Eckhardt, which expressed concerns about claims made regarding STAFF and Board Members of HATC and SHFC, and asked the County Auditor to assist in determining the veracity of the alleged claims.

To approve the draft employment agreement for Patrick Howard as the Executive Director of the Housing Authority of Travis County and Executive Vice President/Portfolio Manager of Strategic Housing Finance Corporation, outlining duties, compensation, benefits and terms of employment.

To authorize the drafting of a formal employment agreement for Robert Onion as the Asset Manager of Strategic Housing Finance Corporation, given that his actual duties and responsibilities have diverged from those outlined in the original job posting for the position. Establishing clear expectations through an employment agreement would help ensure stable leadership.
