To authorize Strategic Housing Finance Corporation to participate in the development of the proposed 316-unit Decker Lofts affordable housing project in Austin, including assignment of rights from Housing Authority of Travis County/Travis County Facilities Corporation to act as the conduit issuer for the development.

To approve an employment agreement for Robert Onion as the Asset Manager of Strategic Housing Finance Corporation, given that his actual duties and responsibilities have diverged from those outlined in the original job posting, in order to establish clear leadership expectations.
