To approve a Memorandum of Understanding between Strategic Housing Finance Corporation and a developer for SHFC's participation in developing the proposed 300-unit Austin Boyce Lane Apartment Homes affordable housing project in Austin, including organizing relevant partnership and ownership entities.

To authorize SHFC's participation in developing the proposed 300-unit Austin Boyce Lane Apartment Homes affordable housing project in Austin, including land acquisition, note financing, partnership agreements, and execution of related documents.
