Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Board of Directors of Strategic Housing Finance Corporation of Travis County (the “Board”) may attend the Daffan Flats Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on November 12, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at 7400 Daffan Lane, Austin, TX 78724. This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board, and no official business will be conducted. Members of the Board may attend strictly in a social or observational capacity. No deliberation or formal action by the Board is scheduled to occur. This notice is posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act solely to comply with public notice requirements should a quorum of the governing body be present.
