To authorize the Executive Vice President to take actions concerning Rosemont, including hiring a relocation specialist and any other actions needed to resolve the concerns. The Executive Vice President is directed not to negotiate a written agreement.

To authorize Strategic Housing Finance Corporation of Travis County to issue up to $2 million in additional bonds to provide financing to SHFC Oak Valley LLC for repairs and improvements to Rosemont at Oak Valley Apartments.

To approve the issuance of up to $2 million in additional tax exempt bonds by Strategic Housing Finance Corporation of Travis County to provide financing to SHFC Oak Valley LLC for repairs and improvements to Rosemont at Oak Valley Apartments.
